Moving to Victoria, BC: A Relocation Guide for Canadians
Free city-by-city guides and local help from Victoria REALTORS®
We're Harrison Siemens and Corey Lister, REALTORS® with Caliber Property Group and Coldwell Banker Oceanside Real Estate. Harrison moved to Victoria from the Lower Mainland in 2017, so we know what it's like to arrive in a new city and try to work out where to live. Before real estate, Harrison spent six years as a property appraiser, which means the people we help know what a home is really worth before they make an offer.
Start with the guide for the city you're leaving. Each one compares prices, weather, neighbourhoods and the move itself with where you live now. Below that, you'll find how Victoria works and how we help people move here.
