Harrison is a graduate of the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Gustavson School of Business and is now a licensed broker specializing in Victoria and its surrounding municipalities. Harrison’s previous experience in real estate stems from being a property research analyst for an investment fund and as a real estate appraiser.  Harrison’s background has provided him with an expertise in property valuation which applies to residential, investment and development property. In the residential sphere, Harrison supports buyers and sellers of all backgrounds be it first time buyers, investors, upsizers and downsizers to attain exceptional returns on one of life’s biggest investments.On the investment side, Harrison’s background has provided him with a superior understanding of how to value investment property to ensure lasting returns.
